Regency Beauty Institute

My son's nanny is thinking of finding her future in a Cosmetology School but the problem is we don't know any school that gives great foundation about Cosmetology here in our country. I was browsing online and actually came across Regency Beauty Institute in Minneapolis which was founded more than 50 years ago. They actually bring a unique approach in beauty and they are known throughout the United States and has a great reputation in every salons and beauty clinics. They even already have campuses throughout the country to spread great education in beauty. I wish there is an institue like that here so that girls like my son's nanny who has dreams can actually make their dreams come true.

Looking Forward to This

Last year it was held in Mall of Asia and we were not able to come because well, the kids are still young to witness this but now that they are almost 3, we are so excited to witness this Pyro Olympics and what a great location, less than 10 minutes drive from our house (if no traffic), it will be held at The Fort! Yey! Visit their site www.WorldPyroOlympics.com

Cheap Seats

We are planning a trip in the United States around Summer of next year and as early as of today we are already looking for possible activities when we come there for a visit. We want it to be memorable especially for my sister in law and my husband who will be having this trip with us for the first time. We talked to my Aunt who will be taking us in their home when we get to Illinois, our port of entry. She suggested aCheapseat.com

They rely on this site which is a ticket broker that helps them save time when they want to get tickets to watch special shows and games such as the Chicago Bears Tickets or the Philadelphia Eagles Tickets when they went to Philadelphia during the Fall. They didn't have to fall in line to wait for tickets which will sometimes be unavailable already. They just have to go to the site and wait for quality ticket seats. My Aunt also mentioned getting great Blue Cross Arena Tickets once we get there since the boys want to experience watching a basketball game.

For sure I will visit aCheapseat.com once we get there to view possible tickets for great shows and games. It will be a great experience to see everything in person not just on television!

Symphony of Lights

We are booked to Hong Kong on January. My parents and my brother and his family are coming with us so this will be something to look forward to plus it will be my son's first trip abroad and his first ride on a plane. I sure hope he behaves well.

There so much to do in Hong Kong but what I'm excited for my son is his trip to Disneyland. He will see Buzz and Woody, the characters he only sees in movies plus he will witness the awesome fireworks display in the end of the Disney adventure which I'm sure he'll love, even for the rest of my family. It's not my first time to be in Disney, D and I came there during our honeymoon trip in Hong Kong but my parents and the rest of the family will have to witness Disney for the first time so this will surely be awesome. Then there's this...

The Symphony of Lights

This spectacular multimedia display, named the "World's Largest Permanent Light and Sound Show" by Guinness World Records, involves 44 key buildings on both sides of Victoria Harbour.

The show creates an all-round vision of coloured lights, laser beams and searchlights performing a stunning, unforgettable spectacle synchronised to music and narration that celebrates the energy, spirit and diversity of Hong Kong.

There are five main themes — Awakening, Energy, Heritage, Partnership and the finale, Celebration. On festive days, special pyrotechnic displays launched from the middle of the harbour add extra sparkle to the show.

For the best view of A Symphony of Lights, take a harbour cruise or head to the waterfront promenades on either side of Victoria Harbour*. The show, organised by the Tourism Commission, is a must-see event on any visit to Hong Kong.

Since this is my third time to be in Hong Kong I will be their tour guide. We've decided not to join the tours since it will be a waste of time. I sure hope that this trip will be a success, I wish everybody will have so much fun plus I hope the ladies will get to shop for some great deals there. Yihee.
